2017 release. Fronted by sibling songwriters Dave (guitar) and Louise (vocals) Holden, I Draw Slow coaxes the past into the present with original songs that draw from the best of Irish storytelling and American folk music. The Dublin-based five piece is beloved for their compelling songs, exuberant live performances and passion for tradition. They've established themselves as festival standouts at MerleFest, Pickathon, Wintergrass, RockyGrass, Grey Fox, Red Wing, Edmonton Folk Fest, Sisters Folk Festival, Mountain Stage and more. Building on the success of their previous album, White Wave Chapel, which reached # 2 on the Irish charts, the band was able to capitalize on their dedicated fanbase to completely crowd-fund Turn Your Face To The Sun.
